Part-Time Administrative Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ellis Interior Design is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a creative, fast-paced environment. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to transition into a full-time role.

DUTIES:

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical files.
  • Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and order tracking.
  • Manage schedules, emails, and client communications.
  • Help maintain an efficient and professional office environment.

Software & Documentation:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks.
  • Learn and operate in-house software (training provided).
  • Support the design team with administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Prior administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
  • Location: Must work on-site in Ketchum, Idaho.
